Contract : Permanent, Full-Time
Working Hours : Monday to Friday - 08 : 30 to 17 : 30
Your primary responsibilities will include :
Fully understand the client's requirements which include the contract, specifications, KPI's and SLA's.
Listen and resolve customer concerns, complaints, or requests as part the escalation process. Exceed their expectations and manage in an efficient and timely manner.
Stay up to date with all the customer trends and growth on the market.
Capturing and co-ordinating of any contract variations and ommunicate out to the business any new centre wins. Include losses / de-mobilisation etc.
Identify and manage risks associated with the contract.
Identifying opportunities to proactively promote additional works to enhance contractual GP. Capture information and pass to customer relations director for them to liaise with Sales Team.
Create and complete contractual MI packs in line with client requirements. Including the production of Monthly branded MI pack inline with contractual dates and requirements.
Analysis data and information. Including overview of financial accounts.
Capture any changed to contractual requirement via impact assessment form to be inline internal process.
