What you'll be doing

Developing the All-IP propositions team to be the best in industry - forward thinking, creative, innovative and externally focussed
Accountable for creating All-IP migrations proposition strategy, vision and 5 year roadmap across BT Enterprise
The lead interface into the Migrations Team to align customer propositions planning with migrations planning
Responsbile for ensuring the relevant proposition portfolio leads understand the customer needs and requirements for All-IP and develop propositions to meet those needs
Delivering the proposition ambitions embedded within the Medium Term Plan for Enterprise
Developing a comprehensive understanding of the sales channels and customer segments that are served
Ensuring BT Enterprise remains market leader with our overall Voice portfolio
Accountable for ensuring all launches and migration campaigns are solution based, taking input and recommendations from other portfolio leads
We'll also need to see these on your CV
Clear track record of developing innovative proposition concepts, using customer and market insight
Clear track record of delivering complex / large scale Propositions into market
Detailed knowledge and experience of Voice propositions and market, specifically VoIP
Managing a team to be brilliant
Engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels from CEO to managerial across multiple areas
