This individual will join the Campus Recruitment team and be responsible for the coordination and administrative support for all Analyst programmes in EMEA across Investment Banking and Global Capital Markets and also Technology.

The role will also involve supporting all coordination aspects of the intern and full time training programmes in partnership with the Programme Management Team.

  • Work closely with the Campus Diversity Relationship Managers (CDRMs) and Campus Recruiters on the coordination, planning and execution of attraction and events for Investment Banking and Global Capital Markets (IBD / GCM) and Technology.
  • Support the Graduate Recruiters in managing relationships with the divisional school teams.
  • Lead on ensuring appropriate business representation at events from across IBD / GCM and Technology at events.
  • Gathering and analysing content and data for both season kick offs and end of season debriefs to be used by Campus Recruiter and delivered to key stakeholders.
  • Tracking hotlist candidates from events, monitoring their progress through the application process and creating regular reports for the business.

  • Track business involvement at events.
  • Coordination of the IBD / GCM and Technology Full Time, Summer Analyst and Off-Cycle Intern selection process. This includes :
  • Coordinate the application screening process.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, organise interviews, book logistics and compile and distribute assessor documentation.
  • Source and brief business representatives and ensure they receive all relevant information to perform the selection process.

  • Partner with the other IBD / GCM and Technology Coordinators to organise assessment centres.
  • Manage the candidate travel and accommodation process, including reimbursement of expenses and invoices.
  • Ensure the applicant tracking system is up to date, updating recruitment trackers and providing feedback to candidates.
  • Lead on the onboarding process for all campus hires
  • Producing hiring reports for the Campus Recruiter to share with stakeholders, ensuring divisional data is accurate.
  • Tracking and regularly updating relevant budgets.
  • Track and report on business involvement in the selection process.
  • Programme Management (PM).

    This includes :

  • Support the administration and logistics during internship programme; booking venues, coordinating speaker series, networking events, training and project based sessions.
  • Creation of CV books, face books, welcome guides, programme calendar and other relevant programme related documentation.
  • Support with the coordination of all midpoint and final performance review process
  • Production of mid and end review feedback packs
  • Attend events as required.
  • Tracking and regularly updating relevant budgets.
  • Develop an understanding of current and impending legislation, developments and changes in the graduate market to ensure compliance with graduate recruiting policies and practices.
  • Involvement with wider graduate recruitment team Coordinator Group on new initiatives to improve current processes.
  • Participation in wider campus recruitment team projects and working groups. Skills & experience required
