The UK business, headquartered in Leeds, operates out of 11 principal locations and employs circa 700 staff

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to work initially from home then from our head office in Leeds in time.

The main purpose of the job is to :

  • support the sales team through processing sales-related administration tasks such as; sales order entry, purchase order entry, internal transfers, job nesting, manufacturing orders
  • to be able to assist customers who may need help with orders, requests and complaints;
  • also responsible for dealing with invoice queries, credit notes and management information as and when required.
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Support Sales teams with order entry (sales, purchasing, manufacturing)
  • Handling Customer requests FPOC (First Point Of Contact), queries and complaints through all communication mediums, phone, email, fax etc;
  • Maintaining good customer relations;
  • Production of reports as required by the sales team and commercial lead
  • Customer satisfaction both internal and external
  • Delivery to promise management, highlighting any issues before they arise
  • Data input into KLiCC, SAP, Excel as required
  • Relevant Experience :

  • Computer literate with excellent use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Previous knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Knowledge of industry / product / market
  • Excellent communication / relationship building skills verbal and written.
  • Experience of working as part of a high performing team.
  • Good understanding of business priorities.
  • Experience of customer service and / or client management.
  • Experience of filtering and reporting numeric data.
