Position at Choreograph

The Role

Choreograph is hiring for a Product Training & Enablement Manager. This role is responsible for leading the delivery of consistently excellent user documentation and training experiences that elevate the value and adoption of our technology products within two of our product tribes and support embedding those products deep into our customers' businesses.

You will work closely with existing teams at Choreograph to identify training needs, and with the Director of Product Training & Enablement to ensure that product training content and learning paths for our products are easily accessible, intuitive, effective and targeted to the appropriate roles and audiences.

By using in-depth product knowledge, this role will develop and support users and partners with their training needs. Essential skills are training abilities, technical writing skills, knowledge of learning management software and modern learning techniques, and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

Some of the things we'd like you to do :

  • Work with relevant stakeholders to determine the training needs, priority, objective, target audience to design technical documentation for new and existing products and solutions in form of e-learning courses, self-help materials and web-based tutorials
  • Develop and maintain technical user documentation and training curricula for various audiences across our customer base
  • Develop effective assessments that accurately assess knowledge and ability to apply concepts in practice
  • Partner closely with Product and Customer Success teams to support them with best practice implementation and customer change management initiatives
  • Work as part of the Choreograph Product Training & Enablement team to create and deliver live learning interventions as needed, for example the delivery of webinars and classroom experiences for blended learning
  • Assess customer challenges with adoption of our products and implement learning strategies to address these challenges.
  • Monitor progress and suggest continuous improvements

  • Proactively keep up to date with the latest thinking on training and development methods and techniques and bringing forth ideas and recommendations as to their application
  • Core Requirements

  • Proven experience in writing technical user documentation
  • Proven experience in writing specific technical training content in a variety of formats
  • Experience in designing and facilitating technical training in both a virtual and face-to-face setting
  • Experience with Zendesk and Articulate360 would be a bonus
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to build strong relations with stakeholders
  • Display high energy and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid project planning and management skills
  • Confidence and credibility in presenting effectively to a variety of audiences, including experts and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work effectively in a global setting across localities and time zones
