In this role you will work with clients to transform the way they : engage customers, use data and technology, structure their organizations, and acquire new skills.
You will work to transform the traditional sales methods and functions, to a data driven sales process integrated with marketing aligned to the customer journey integrated to marketing.

As an Expert Project Leader or Associate Director, you will be integrated into a BCG team to leverage and apply your deep expertise on projects that reshape businesses.
Your role in projects can vary from team management to team advisor. Managing large and complex modules within a BCG project, scoping and structuring the work and leading high-impact teams to drive results for our clients or be trusted advisor to senior clients, leveraging your expertise to add insight and drive clients toward recommendations.
You will help build and contribute to BCG’s intellectual capital generate interest and excitement about your expertise area, and coach and mentor others, while spending significant time supporting and executing case work.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
We’re looking for exceptional talent from consulting or industry to join us. You would typically have :
o7+ years’ experience overall preferably with a combination of consulting and industry within a B2B data driven sales environment in Marketing and Sales at a software vendor, technology firm, SaaS organisation or similar
oPrevious hands on experience leading sales and marketing operations including but not limited to :
Business development and lead generation
Developing a sales process, frameworks and methodologies
Recruiting, training and developing a sales and customer service team
Allocating, forecasting and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics
Managing and building key partnerships and relationships with c-suite
Optimisation or implementation of sales stack and tools
Building and implementing Inside Sales Centers
oA deep understanding of the End-to-end customer journey (lead generation, conversion, customer success) and factors shaping and affecting the customer behaviour
oAbility to question the status quo on the traditional sales function, structure, channels and process with a focus on creating a data driven sales environment integrated with marketing
oClear track record of leveraging technology, data & predictive analytics, AI / Machine learning to create innovate solutions that drive measurable sales increases
oExperience with implementing and integrating Sales & Marketing Technology and tools (salesforce, Gainsight, Hubspot, Netsuite, Dynamics, Adobe, Marketo, Pipedrive etc.)
oComprehensive understanding of the technical and organizational challenges and complexity of implementing solutions
oExcellent communication, relationship-building, team management at all level within and organisations
oAble to think strategically / end- to-end
