About the Role / Client
Our client is an innovative Top 100 firm in the City who are looking to secure an Employment Lawyer with notable experience in non-contentious and corporate support matters, for a contract of 6-12 months in duration.
The role is to start ASAP.
A significant proportion of the firm’s clients sit within dynamic sectors such as technology, IT and life sciences.
The employment team advise a broad range of businesses across many sectors, from start-ups through to multinational FTSE companies.
They offer solutions focused advice tailored to their clients’ needs. They often provide advice on the employment law aspects of cross-border acquisitions and disposals and outsourcings (TUPE) as well as providing assistance in drafting and presenting information for employee consultations.
The team also advise employers on general HR and employment related matters to include re-organisation programs, redundancies, disciplinary matters, board level appointments and departures and are also involved in drafting new policies, handbooks, and contracts.
