We have an exciting new administration opportunity working for the UK's largest independent commercial vehicle service organisation within the contracts department.

This is a full-time 18-month fixed term contract looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

Key Duties

  • Support the contracts team in all functions as and when required and support the controller team
  • Generate and maintain contracts
  • To deal with contract customers directly and the sales team to secure contract sales.
  • To offer technical support and invoice process support when required
  • To deal with colleagues and customers efficiently and professionally
  • Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Previous experience of working within an office administration role
  • Previous experience of working in a customer facing role
  • Experience with order processing and cost allocation
  • Ability to adapt the technical knowledge to include other equipment from time to time
  • Understanding of the time taken to complete repairs and servicing with the tail lift and refrigeration industry
