HR Administrator To start ASAP Ongoing Temporary Assignment Based in High Wycombe Job Profile :

An excellent opportunity to join a great company based on Cressex industrial estate . The HR Administrator's key duties will include :

  • General HR Administration
  • Preparing new contracts and contract renewals
  • Arranging meetings
  • Preparing new documents and sending out information / forms to staff
  • Tracking the return of any outstanding information and documents
  • Recording and filing of returned information
  • Helping support new starts by following company policy
  • Person Profile :

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Skills profile :

  • An intermediate level of computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Previous experience working with HR contracts essential
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills
  • Highly discrete and confidential
  • Flexible and willing to help where needed
