With annual revenue of over £5.3bn, it’s fair to say our finances need just as much expertise as our projects. Over three years, you’ll get to grips with the complexities of company-
based accounting and financial management. What’s more, we’ll cover the costs and support you along the way to get your prestigious CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) qualification.
Where you can join us
Places on our Accountancy and Finance graduate programme for Autumn 2019 are available in a number of our sectors across the UK.
But no matter which team you join, you could be based anywhere in the UK. That’s why we ask all our graduates to be flexible and willing to move during their programme.
What you'll be doing
You’ll gain the broadest exposure to company-based accounting and financial management. This will span both management accounting (with both overhead and project experience) and business tax accounting.
You’ll work on projects across many different sectors, which will give you the kind of experiences and insights that are very hard to come by.
Every step of the way, you’ll be mentored towards chartered management accountant status. We’ll support you to gain Associate of Chartered Management Accountants (ACMA) status, offered by CIMA.
You’ll learn either through a tuition provider or via distance learning (we use Kaplan).
What you'll get out of it
In a phrase : Chartered Management Accountant status. We’ll pay for you to get your qualification with CIMA, and assign you a mentor to help you get there with a competitive starting salary of £30k.
