Reporting to the Servicedesk Manager , the 24 / 7 Desktop Support Engineer will work as part of a team of highly skilled first and second line support engineers.
The successful candidate will work within the Desk-side and First-time Resolution teams which support the technology-enabled workforce within Jet2.
com , Jet2holidays and the wider Dart Group
Your responsibilities would include ownership of Incidents and Service Requests raised by our user community . You will also assist in the building of machines, as well as assisting with larger project such as base visits and refurbs.
The successful candidate would possess strong People Skills , Windows , Active Directory , Office 365 and networking , Incident Management skills.
The role-holder will also be expected to be a good "all-rounder" with experience of resolving issues on different types of device.
Experience of supporting Citrix environments will be advantageous. You will be keen to adhere to standards, and previous experience of using Servicenow is an advantage here.
Effective triage / workload / time - management and great customer service skills are essential for this role.
