The Primary NQT roles through EduStaff are open to those future NQT who are already heading towards "Good" and "Outstanding" gradings in their classroom observations.

You will be formulating an idea of the type of school environment where your teaching can thrive. Any applicants are required to have a solid academic background and a desire to commit to their school for the medium to long term.

All schools available are "NQT Primary Teacher friendly" and have been assessed by our consultants for their readiness to support Primary NQTs.

The schools have been visited by our consultants and CPD discussed so that they can provide a real insight into the school and its ethos before you consider applying.

All NQT Primary Teacher roles are offered on a permanent basis on the Main Pay Scale. All roles considered will be putting you through your full induction year and beyond with full CPD support and mentoring.
