We looking for a hardworking, ambitious, inquisitive, creative and tenacious professional to lead a new team in re-defining the approach to requests for information from our clients and industry partners in relation to our award-winning advisory technology and business solutions in the UK.
The primary focus of the new team is to support both new opportunities and the ongoing due diligence requirements of our clients by effectively managing external industry relationships, delivering compelling response documents and continuously monitoring the information held on third party research system databases regarding our solutions.
Day to Day tasks and responsibilities include : -
Leading a review of the end to end process and designing and establishing an efficient and high quality RFI process that is focused on the needs of our clients and industry partners
Production of compelling and comprehensive RFI response documents using modern technologies
Co-ordination of subject matter experts to drive timely delivery of RFI responses
Working with our Senior Executive Team to proactively manage key external industry relationships and support the Sales Team on strategic deal opportunities
Building excellent working relationships to ensure effective delivery
Make use of insight to optimise how we are represented externally, so we can grow our business
Working with colleagues across the Adviser business to manage Research Agency and Adviser Research Tool provider relationships to understand their strategic direction and identify growth opportunities
Coaching and development of any direct reports
This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer - Adviser
You will have
Previous experience in leading and managing production of client and due diligence response documents
Demonstrable relationship management skills with an ability to influence and challenge thinking of senior leaders and colleagues in the business as well as build relationships with external partners and suppliers.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Project management experience, specifically operational improvement techniques highly desirable.
Knowledge of UK Adviser market and UK Advisory Research agencies and tools
Sales and marketing experience
