As a member of the IT Vulnerability Remediation team and Technology operations you will be required to build, maintain and support multiple server environments and live services.
How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?
The 2nd Line Support will be expected to troubleshoot issues related to patching; engaging the relevant teams where more in-
depth knowledge is required. Analyse, determine and implement appropriate settings and configuration of the automation plan for availability, scalability and performance.
Also to help improve and deliver new application functionality making sure procedures, policies and best practices are kept up to date.
