The role and responsibilities :
This role will develop, drive, and lead new business opportunities for Epsilon’s Services across key verticals for Enterprise Opportunities across Loyalty, Email and CRM.
Deliver sales target for EU region
Help develop and deliver the new business strategy for EU that builds long-term revenue streams for the International business
Build relationships across the Publicis Epsilon Groupe to surface business and process improvement opportunities
Proactively develop relationships at C- level with prospective clients
Work with team on target list of organizations across EU that Epsilon wishes to engage with, mapping out their business interests and the key decision makers
Partner with marketing and lead generation functions to establish successful demand generation, trade marketing, channel, and partner programs
Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide data-based summaries to key stakeholders
Collaborate with other leaders to develop new business commercials, contracts, proposed SLA’s, pricing, negotiation, and new client on-boarding strategies that delivers incremental revenue
Develop strong working relationships with the sales teams across Epsilon’s North American and International regions, particularly in the development of global new business opportunities
Provide thought leadership within the Epsilon organization, to our clients, and at industry events, develop networking opportunities and maintaining a positive external profile
Support the utilization of Epsilon’s CRM and reporting systems, processes, and other sales infrastructure to drive sound decision making and operational efficiency
Operate in a transparent manner with all members of the International leadership team ensuring active communication, discussion and agreement on major projects and new initiatives
Providing regular, timely, and accurate management reporting to Senior Leadership
Minimum 10+ years of sales experience in marketing technology
Minimum 10+ years within a data-driven marketing environment
Proven track record of consistently delivering revenue targets
Well versed in all aspects of the sales cycle and delivering against sales processes
Extensive experience in personally structuring deals and negotiating terms
Experience in Retail, Financial Services, Travel & Hospitality, B2B is beneficial but not mandatory
Can demonstrate tenure and career development in roles
