Our product vision is to enhance the magic of face-to-face events by using digital tools and data to improve in-person interactions, and to develop new products that help our customers to do business even when they can’t be together.
Over the past several years, RX has completely rebuilt all its core digital platforms, and has successfully launched a set of revenue-generating digital products supporting face-to-face and virtual events, that we are mid-way through rolling out globally.
We are looking for an experienced Product Director to lead and further develop the core customer- facing platform (Atlas) that supports all our face-to-face events.
The Product Director will be responsible for completing the global rollout of the Atlas events platform, doubling the product revenue by 2025 to $50M by 2025, and designing and developing new products that enable buyers and sellers to engage and connect online and at our events.
This is a key role that will shape how the events industry better understands its audiences across multiple touchpoints, and uses that data to improve the value proposition of both face-to-face events and digital interactions.
The Product Director will own the vision and the roadmap for the core platform and related products, considering different business models and event types, and will work with .

This role is an excellent opportunity to define and deliver a product vision, and to have tangible commercial impact. It would be well suited to someone who has developed outstanding senior product leadership skills and is eager to demonstrate the ability to prioritise different revenue opportunities and deliver on these, working with business stakeholders in global markets including UK, US, France, Germany, China, Japan and Latin America.
It is well-supported by a team of talented product owners whom you will be responsible for developing, and matrixed resources from in-house and external technology resources, a product delivery team, and product marketing.

The ideal candidate will be a relationship builder and a driven personality to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to build exceptional products and services.
You will be part of a forward-thinking leadership team charged with building the next generation of digital events products in our industryand analytics for our customers, and must be committed to building a deep understanding of our internal and external customers and their objectives in different cultures and industry sectors.
