Our leading client requires a Project Support Officer for an initial 6 months to provide support for the below-
Preparation and support of project / work stream meetings; including minute taking, preparing agendas and circulating inputs / outputs.
Supporting RAID management through updating logs etc.
Maintenance and management of Programme / Project Mailbox and Calendar.
Management of the processing of Resourcing needs on a project / programme including resource requests, supporting on boarding, organising Kit etc.
Maintenance of Programme / Project SharePoint site.
Supporting the production and circulation of status and milestone reports.
Change Control process support (i.e. chasing impact assessments).
Experience and skill needed-
Stakeholder management experience and strong interpersonal skills to strengthen relationships and engage effectively with others.
Experience and knowledge of the Project and PMO environment.
Project process knowledge and experience.
Excellent organisation skills, an efficient, front footed and resilient approach to your work.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience of working within a Project, Programme or PMO within a regulated environment such as Telecoms, Financial Services or Utilities is ESSENTIAL to being successful in this role.
