Manning the telephone and MiTSM monitors. All telephones on the premises will be answered in accordance with standard company instructions.
Monitoring check calls via the MiTSM screens and calling the relevant Officer, Site, Response Office, Operations or Duty manager when the call has not been made within the designated time, recording all actions taken with reasons.
Monitor booking on jobs for Response Officers to attend, follow and comply with procedures for our cleints.
To understand and complete all Mitie procedures accurately and on time

To undertake additional duties in line with management requests as required
Monitoring the Health and Safety of Response Officers by means of voice check calls
Comply with all ISO271001 auditing requirements
