Major Responsibilities

  • Always provide the highest level of service to ensure all customers have an exceptional shopping experience by following the L’OCCI-Way.
  • Ensure the boutique is fully stocked and zones are clean to contribute to maintaining overall boutique standards.
  • Consistently meet / exceed personal Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) set by the Management Team to contribute to the success of the Company.
  • Maintain excellent personal product knowledge to effectively advise and recommend products and offers.
  • Be familiar with competitor brands and nearby stores to best understand the Customer and the product offering both locally and on the Market.
  • Understand and share the story of the Regent Street Flagship and L’Occitane / Pierre Herme Collaboration with our Customers.
  • Support Management with in-Boutique and external events.
  • Adhere to Company policies and procedures at all times and read, follow and implement relevant Boutique Communication in a timely manner.
  • Assist in maintaining the visual merchandising standards throughout the Boutique and participate in store changes as required.
  • Assist in upholding excellent housekeeping standards throughout the Boutique, back office and staff area.
  • Effectively use the Point of Sale (POS) system to process all transactions smoothly, without error.
  • Uphold and demonstrate the L’Occitane values, ensuring PROSPERITY is at the core of everything we do.
  • Serve hot and cold beverages, including alcohol, and food items accurately adhering to all Pierre Herme Procedures and Hygiene / Food Safety Guidelines.
  • Assist in unpacking and checking off of new stock deliveries, as well as participating in stock takes when required.

  • Exceptional customer service skills, ability to build a positive relationship quickly.
  • Confident and effective communication and listening skills.
  • Able to demonstrate pro-active selling ability.
  • Highly motivated to achieve personal KPI’s and contribute towards Flagship objectives.
  • Ability to make decisions independently as well as work effectively within a team

  • What we need from you :

  • Previous experience in a customer facing role.
  • Experience opening & closing a retail store is highly desirable.
  • Good knowledge of the retail industry previous experience in luxury retail an advantage.
  • Able to give examples of previously achieving targets and KPI’s.
  • PC / tablet literate intermediate or above.
  • Strong numerical and literacy skills.
