This fantastic programme has been designed to support aspiring teachers fulfil their potential, without the additional teacher training costs.
We encourage all graduates to join the future teacher’s programme, to gain practical classroom experience as a Teaching Assistant or Cover Supervisor.

To join Future Teachers, experience working in schools is not essential but you will need to demonstrate your ability to build relationships with colleagues, parents and pupils.
The ability to manage behaviour, a busy timetable and cope under pressure is essential.
