We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include :

  • Lead DHL Supply Chain Ireland's First Choice OMS Transport roll out within our Northern Ireland Operations
  • Drive the DHL continuous improvement agenda within our existing DHL Supply Chain Ireland's, Northern Ireland Transport Operations
  • Manage Brexit implementation requirements within our existing DHL Northern Ireland Transport Operations
  • Develop and manage the relationship with our Customer base and Subcontractor partners
  • Focus on generating growth opportunities for our developed product offerings
  • Support the Northern Ireland Growth Strategy Transport Projects

  • Previous experience working in a transportation operation at management level
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Financial experience including Budget building / Settings and Cost Control
  • Proven ability to manage a team
  • Self-driven, results orientated with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality
  • Project management experience
