Manage and develop the forecasting and demand management processes for the EMEA region.

Prepare, update, and issue the EMEA Short-Term Forecast, and provide weekly Sales Plan updates.

Manage the daily Demand Management spreadsheets.

Participate in daily Demand Management meetings to allocate product to customers and agree on shipment dates for planned orders.

Liaise with Customer Services and Sales Team to secure orders and enable order acknowledgements to be issued in a timely manner.

Develop and improve the processes for forecasting customer demand in EMEA and ensuring this is effectively met by planned shipments.

Establish and maintain relationships with other forecasters / planners in the business / region.

Analyses inputs and recommends changes based on historical trends, market changes, or other related factors.

Moderate to Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel.

Strong analytical skills, able to work with large data sets, and identify relevant trends.

Interpersonal skills, effective across functions and international regions.

Self-starter. Able to take the initiative to ensure business objectives are met with minimum direction.

Communication with culturally diverse teams, most of which will be virtual.

Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and inconsistent data.

Competitive salary according to experience & competences

Hybrid Role; Candidate will be in the Lakeside Office in Ewloe, Flintshire, North Wales office 2-3 days a week during onboarding with the option to work the remaining days from home.

Once you are familiar with the role and the team you can choose to reduce to being in the office one day per week and work the remaining 4 days from home.
