As our Creative Services Manager, you’ll take responsibility for managing the logistics of the creative department, including traffic management, work allocation and liaison with account managers.

In short, you’ll bring process and commercial expertise to bear on a range of different activities. You will :

  • Provide guardianship over our briefs, checking them for quality and practicality, and pushing back if there are any issues
  • Ensure that our creative team is productive and busy, without losing sight of the need for quality of execution
  • Be the key point of contact for our account management teams, making and acting upon suggestions for process improvement
  • Take ownership of freelancer bookings as well as monitoring the standard of their work
  • Implement general office processes from a creative and production point of view
  • Get involved in project scoping discussions right at the outset
  • Maintain a high standard of technical and design output, operating as a technical guardian for client brand guidelines
  • You’ll be a vital part of the agency, the lynchpin between account management and our creative team. It means you’ll have a direct impact on our creative work and, ultimately, the success of the whole agency.

    We’re looking for someone with the following :

  • Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, as you will need to change minds and behaviours on a regular basis
  • A design background some design work will be part of your remit
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when it comes to dates and deadlines, and the technical side of brand guidelines
