JOB PURPOSE

You will coordinate and assist with all aspects of web content publishing for burberry.com across web and app platforms as well as collaborate with development teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and publish homepage, landing pages and campaign pages in the CMS to support marketing and customer journeys across 47 domains in 11 languages
  • Build digital lookbooks to support press and client engagement journeys
  • Support with the migration of content journeys to the new CMS
  • Work closely with the design team to achieve the best possible content experience
  • Work closely with the copy team to ensure accuracy of online copy and translations
  • Partner with SEO to improve organic search performance through content updates
  • Manage targeting of personalised messaging / content schedules
  • Analytics- contribute to discussions on campaign performance
  • Work closely with our retail merchandisers to ensure that product messages are effectively communicated across the website
  • Ensure all aspects of the site are error-free and support the best possible customer experience
  • Identify opportunities for content improvement
