  • This highly successful financial services company are looking for an Office Junior to join their expanding team. The company offers a supportive working environment, where you will be supporting the team with a variety of office duties.

    There is excellent potential for career development, ongoing training and the ability to gain professional qualifications within the industry.

    Responsibilities include :

  • Dealing with clients queries, including answering the phone and handling emails
  • Typing letters and documents, working on a variety of office systems
  • Maintaining office diaries and scheduling meetings with clients
  • Organising refreshments for client and internal meetings
  • Supporting the Personal Assistant to the Directors and wider team with a range of general office duties
  • Handling the post, scanning and printing of documents
  • Candidates must possess real attention to detail, a confident and flexible approach towards work, along with excellent communication skills.
