Your role

As the EMEA Sales Strategy Leader you will be responsible for in-house enablement programs intended to raise efficiency and overall productivity of the Global Sales & Marketing organization in support of corporate goals and objectives.

You will also be responsible for providing recommendations and guidance to the EMEA Sales leadership team on the GTM architecture and implementation, headcount allocation and application of sales resources, both current and future, to maximise the productivity of the Sales Organization.

Reporting to the Senior Director of EMEA Sales Operations, you will collaborate with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Product, Training, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.

The ideal individual for this position will be someone currently in a Sales or Sales Enablement and Strategy leadership role who is looking to broaden the impact of their expertise and enjoys the excitement and challenges of equipping a sales team with resources to excel.

What you’ll need

  • Leadership experience in a Sales, Sales Enablement or Strategy role
  • Experience with GTM Planning and knowledge of various GTM designs
  • Experience in Sales Enablement (training) and developing sales leadership
  • Fluency with Salesforce, understanding record relationships and reporting
  • MS Office proficiency with focus on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency with SharePoint is a plus
  • People management experience
  • Program management experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships, cross functionally and at all levels to create impact
  • Demonstrated ability working in global teams, building global programs
  • Demonstrated strategic planning skills, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask, change priorities rapidly and work under pressure
