An opportunity has arisen for a customer-focussed and efficient Art and Community Learning School Administrator. The successful applicant will cover a wide range of duties including acting as the first point of call for all telephone, email and visitor enquiries for the art School.
You will also be responsible for ensuring course information on the website is accurate and up to date and that courses are roomed.
You will also spend time preparing and sending out tutor schedules of appointment and creating reports for the Directors based on learner data, have experience in a clerical, administrative or office environment, excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, Database management, and the ability to produce statistical information along with exceptional Customer Service skills.
Effective time management is necessary, along with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people.
A background in education would be an advantage.
