Responsibilities : General· Be the most knowledgeable resource in the company as it relates to the brands, and champion the brands throughout the organisation, with partners and external agencies· Manage and execute the day-
to-day activities associated with all marketing efforts including project management, cross-functional implementation, campaign tracking and reporting· Ensure that all ensuing projects are completed within the given timescale and within a given budget· Support your team, other colleagues and most importantly the customersStrategic Objectives· Develop and execute the brand strategies and plans in line with predetermined brand objectives· Support the development / execution of brand strategies / marketing plans across the organisation.
Analyse how brands are positioned in the market and crystallise targeted consumer insights. Establish performance specifications, cost / price parameters, market apps and sales estimates.

Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues. Identify opportunities in markets where there are unmet needsReporting.
Measure and report performance with potential improvements of all new product launches, promotional activity and marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)· Develop monthly and quarterly reports for senior management as above and as requested.

Requirements : . Proven track record as a Brand Manager (minimum 5 years) in the Beauty industry. BS / MS degree in marketing or a related field.
Ability to drive both short and long-term brand growth and profitability. Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
Highly creative with ability to think out the box. Experience in identifying target audiences / devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Advanced communication and interpersonal skills - clear, concise, and persuasive.
Up-to-date with latest Beauty trends and marketing best practices. Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets.
Excellent command of the English language, strong written and verbal presentation skills. Have an instinctive feeling about future product developments.
Able to convert analysis into insights, sustainable strategies, and actionable plans. Good listener, able to respond to results and consumer research.
Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing. Work well with a wide range of people from different parts of the business.
Able to manage different projects at the same time. Energetic and passionate about the Beauty sector. Organised and methodical, able to work well under pressure
