Here’s how you’ll be contributing to the Customer Identity team
Your mission is to build world-class solutions that will guide personal and business customers through the onboarding process.
Your biggest challenge lies in helping them provide all the documents and information necessary, and get it right the first time so that there are no delays to their onboarding.
You’ll leverage the most advanced technologies to help capture images and relevant information.
You’ll be figuring out the vision and goals of the team, how to measure them and how to set the OKRs you’ll inspire the team and define the product direction together with them.
You’ll communicate your goals and long term strategy in an engaging way, as well as keep the team aligned in the short term priorities.
You’ll help the team grow and take on more problems to solve.

About you :
Customer-focus You’ve worked on a product with thousands or even millions of customers, can put yourself in the customer’s shoes and bring your team along in that journey, you’ve run research and interviewed people who used your product.
Entrepreneurial You have delivered and scaled high impact solutions before.
Data-driven In a world of conflicting signals, you are able to prioritise the value you can add to customers, and get the entire company behind you telling a story with the insights you have gathered.
Passionate communicator You are good at telling stories, communicating opportunities and priorities, and rallying the team behind a vision.
Love getting things done You make things happen instead of wondering why things happened. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and take responsibility to do whatever needs doing to solve customer problems.
Tech savviness You understand technology and how to build products well enough to be able to help the team know when to invest in tech debt reduction, bugs or new features.
Design and research You have worked closely with designers and researchers to create top notch experiences in mobile and web platforms.
