The role is to complete all Investment Trust dividend processing through both FAST and Figaro systems.

  • Reconciling of both FAST / Figaro stock positions as at Dividend XD against that held by the Custodian at 'Record Date'
  • Running stock and cash reports from custodian websites
  • Accurate processing of Investment Trust dividends through both FAST and Figaro systems
  • Investigation of stock breaks
  • Ensure adherence to controls & procedures at all times
  • Achievement of agreed SLA processing standards for all clients
  • Effective departmental, internal & external communication
  • Raising initiatives for processing enhancements
  • Writing and maintaining procedures
  • To carry out any other reasonable duties when required
  • Service Delivery - Ensure that the processing of Investment Trust dividends and associated functions are carried out in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA), prioritising where necessary
  • Quality - Ensure that all work is completed accurately by following procedures at all times.
  • Communication within SS&C - Liaising with other SS&C departments & external parties to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Improvements - Suggesting improvements / enhancements to processes ensuring any subsequent implementation is clearly communicated to necessary parties
  • Department Support - Support team members in the completion of work and assist with queries, referrals and procedures
  • Procedures - Proactive in the writing and updating of new and existing procedures
