About the role
To provide excellent customer care and to assist in the provision of consistently high quality and accurate administrative support to CORMAC’s Highways & Environment division with specific responsibilities for the day to day management of incoming customer correspondence via telephone, email, letter and web-
form.To work within a team to provide consistent and accurate administration support and to be a point of contact for managers and other colleagues as well as external customers.
