To produce and maintain building information models / drawings to assist in the overall design and construction process.

Define and configure companywide BIM standards
Customise and configure BIM systems to specific NGB requirements
Provide projected BIM costs, programme and scope of works for all projects
Train and guide users throughout the introduction of BIM systems into the business, supporting Branch staff as necessary
Display a flexible approach to visiting design locations and sites throughout the UK in order to assist operational units with BIM systems issues and to promote a Company standardisation of approach to BIM design
Have a wide understanding of all MEP systems, how they are installed, commissioned and maintained
Be proficient in the use of various industry standard modelling platforms. Support other team members in the use of relevant software packages
Maintain highest levels of commercial confidentiality in all aspects of employment
Stay up to date with technology and have a good understanding of how it is being used throughout the industry
To support the business technically by highlighting opportunities and minimising risk by providing policy, review, education and support at a level which takes account of unit capabilities
Ensure Health & Safety is considered throughout all duties
Have an excellent knowledge of CDM regulations
Have excellent communication between the department and the wider construction team
