We are looking for individuals who can display these when providing excellent customer service, ensuring a unforgettable experience for every guest.
Safe and competent driver, able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
Hold a manual driving licence for at least five years
Comprehensive driving knowledge of SW & Central London including the surrounding airports without the use of SatNavs
Ability to operate a Smartphone including navigations software
Good map reading skills
Can quickly respond to changes in instructions
Diplomacy and confidentiality are essential
Previous examples of providing high levels of customer service
Smart and presentable while representing the AELTC
Excellent communication and English language skills (additional foreign languages would be beneficial)
Based within a 10-mile radius of Wimbledon during the period of the contract
What will you be doing?
Working as part of a large team drivers to deliver a professional and timely courtesy car service to The Championships
Chauffeuring competitors, officials, and accredited VIPs to and from The Championships, Qualifying and official practice venues from the first day of practice to the end of The Championships
Servicing arrivals and departures of competitors at the beginning and end of their stay
Working under the guidance and direction of the Fleet Management team
Providing an exceptional and discreet level of service to all passengers
Important Information

All drivers will be trained in the use of the hands-free radio system in the vehicles and how to correctly fit infant / child seats.
Drivers work a daily shift system; two drivers share the same vehicle and work alternating early and late shifts. Successful applicants will be advised of their shift patterns and times, currently the transport service operates from 7.00am to 12.30am.
A uniform and food allowance is provided
