We’re look ing for a Cus tomer Ser vice Spe cial ist (inter nal ly known as Ser vice Man ag er’) to join our Ser vice team.

You must be able to work flex i bly between 08 : 00am and 06 : 00pm Mon day Fri day.

You will be work ing with your team to pro vide cus tomer ser vice to our B2B client base.

Your respon si bil i ties will include :

  • Tick et and phone support
  • Deliv er ing client requests using inter nal tools and GTM
  • Bug val i da tion and triaging
  • Answer ing prod uct questions
  • Gen er al sys tems maintenance
  • Help ing to main tain our Help Cen tre content
  • Who You Are :

  • Fast learn er
  • Proven track record of in-depth prod uct knowledge
  • Expe ri ence in cus tomer ser vice for soft ware products
  • Excel lent writ ten and ver bal com mu ni ca tion skills and a nat ur al peo ple person
  • Proac tive prob lem solver
  • Evi dence of good pri ori ti sa tion and organ i sa tion al skills
  • Good fun da men tal under stand ing of soft ware architecture.
  • Skills We’re Look ing For

    Ide al but not necessary :

  • Expe ri ence in SaaS sup port role, prefer ably B2B
  • Expe ri ence in GA and GTM
  • You’re an empa thet ic, sup port ive team mem ber who is enthu si as tic about per son al growth and learn ing the ins and outs of the prod ucts you sup port.

    You are pas sion ate about pro vid ing great cus tomer ser vice to bring suc cess to our client’s businesses.

    You will already have achieved big things whether you have a degree or not and you’ll be look ing to start the next chap ter in your career with in a grow ing, glob al com pa ny.

    You are cre ative, con sis tent and dynam ic as well as inspir ing, sup port ive and a great communicator.
