Why join the Data Intelligence team
The Data Intelligence team works in collaboration with the Marketing, Propositions, Pricing, Commercial and Finance teams across IAG Loyalty, as well as the other IAG operating airlines to analyse customer data and identify opportunities.
As a Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Data Intelligence services, it provides guidance, solutions, data science, audience segmentations to drive the loyalty lifecycle.
The CoE works in tandem with the operating airlines to ensure delivery and maximisation of the loyalty programmes. Together the members of the Data department strive to understand what the customer thinks and does and make sense of this insight to translate this knowledge into practical, actionable solutions which give competitive advantage.
At a Glance
The Senior Insight Analyst will work within the Data Intelligence department, initially supporting the Marketing department in their planning and washing-up of campaigns.
The successful candidate will look to drive a data driven approach to Marketing and CRM, embedding the loyalty lifecycle segments and other data models to drive customer engagement.
This role will cover a global customer base, working in partnership with the marketing and analytics teams and will report in to the Analysis and Insight Lead.
There will be an opportunity to rotate within the Analysis and Insight team into supporting other domains within the business after the first 12 months in role.
