Facilitate strategic actions and decision-makings by converting multiple datasets into strategic insights, building data reporting infrastructure with Alteryx, and creating data visualisation dashboard with Tableau and Microsoft Excel.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand how existing data can be paired with their internal business intelligence to improve performance and assisted clients in finding their key performance indicators.
Develop data management strategy in order to discover cost-saving opportunities by acting as the conduit between the technical teams and commercial teams, consolidating and manipulating over 11 datasets into one single source with Alteryx.
Build operational models with advanced Excel formulas.Large-scale portfolio mapping work.Organise and facilitate meetings with senior level stakeholders.
Person SpecificationESSENTIALEducation : Undergrad degree in a technical and or industry area of study.Supplementary Product Management and Data Science qualification.
Skills : Requirement to be fluent in English.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.Ability to effectively present information.
Advance skills with Microsoft Office and especially Microsoft Excel.Experience working with Alteryx and Tableau.Experience : To be considered for this role you must have experience of working in an analytic consultative role previously.
Highly numerate, with understanding of cash flow, balance sheet and P&L.Demonstrable experience of working in a corporate account or a business unit with P&L responsibility.
Experience in conducting analysis and due diligence in terms of contract negotiation.Experience in change management and transition management is considered critical.
Must have a practical working knowledge of financial terms and principles including an understanding of GAP and European account rules.
Highly numerate and able to communicate at all levels across internal and external teams.Experience of the Real Estate sector is of benefit, but NOT essential.
An active and inquisitive mind is important to develop our research and consulting offering.Good interpersonal skills & team player.
Strong report writing and client facing skills are integral to the role.Good / advanced skill level of usual Microsoft Office applications.
