The Customer Service team is a critical component directly impacting our customer experience. We listen and speak to customers, we communicate and collaborate, we are professional, reliable and follow-up proactively to ensure a seamless and effortless customer experience and by delivering our service commitments.
The main function of the job is to complete order queries, check availability for future requests, and arrange the logistical movements of loan kits whilst adhering to regulatory requirements along with considering cost implications and business priorities.
There will also be the need to respond to email queries, manage reports and raise invoices / credits in response to the original orders.
Key Activities & Accountabilities
The Kit Booking Specialist is responsible for :
Setting Direction :
Being able to prioritise more / less critical activities and tasks; adjusts priorities
Ensuring actions, decisions, and priorities reflect the commitment to the mission and strategy
Understanding how decisions impact customers / markets
Be a specialist in departmental processes updating and notifying of any required changes to Work Instructions

Successfully implementing new ideas
Supporting and maintaining our continuous improvement culture
Accepting feedback openly, modifying behaviours to achieve results
Working collaboratively across functions and divisions to achieve goals; both internal and external teams. Inclusively loan kit inspection team, Stryker sales teams and loan kit couriers

A Levels or Higher (or equivalent)
Previous Customer Service Role
Previous roles within fast paced and dynamic environment
Working both remotely and within office locations
Experience within health / medical device industry
Strong knowledge of IT systems & tools and their implication for business processes (Oracle preferred).
Any other aptitude / skill required
Ability to communicate in a highly effective manner, whilst recognising the requirements of the audience. They must be able to work on their own initiative, whilst recognising the requirements across the team to ensure active participation which enables the team to be organised according to workload, priorities, and business demands.
