Responsibilities :

  • Overseeing the deals going through the document workflow on allocated area
  • Ensuring orders are processed accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Checking of stock, updating of all in-house systems as required
  • Liaison with internal departments to arrange deliveries and installations
  • Liaison with suppliers via phone and email
  • Invoicing orders once processed
  • Any other reasonable duties which relate to the smooth running and operation of the department
  • General administrative support
  • Skills / Attributes / Experience :

  • Previous Experience in an Administration based role is ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent Telephone Skills
  • Organization
  • Time Management
  • Verbal Communication
  • PC Proficiency
