We are working alongside a leading residential house builder and developer in North West London who have seen massive growth in the business in the last 12 months.
Due to this ongoing success and future growth plans, they are now looking for a strong Technical Coordinator to join the team.
As a Technical Coordinator your main goal will be to manage the design and regulation approval process for residential housing developments from the point of inception through to completion of build and after sales.
Working closely with a Technical Manager you'll integrate with internal in house departments, external clients including Architects and Engineers as well as stake holders and local councils.
You'll ensure that designs are fully coordinated and that they fully comply with necessary regulatory approvals and internal policy requirements.
You will coordinator suppliers design and product information as well as undertaking value engineering assessments and ensuring full buildability.
You will oversee the deliver of surveys and reports and detailed design processes including house types, landscaping, conveyancing plans and infrastructure.
You will be the main point of contact for at least 2 projects at any one time and will need to provide regular updates to the Technical Manager and senior team.
You will be involved in a variety of residential developments across North and West London which will mainly involve low rise traditional housing however some projects will be of RC frame construction but experience in these projects is not necessarily essential.
You will need to be a proven individual with previous experience working for another house builder, developer or contractor and able to demonstrate experience in various points of the development cycle.
You will be a confident and hungry individual who wants progression as this is a team who like to promote internally and there are numerous examples of this already.
