  • We are currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator - Entry Level for an opportunity at our corporate office in Irvine, CA .

    The selected candidate will be a motivated, career focused team player with a desire to work in a growing small to medium sized company.

    Additionally, you will be involved with delivering a pipeline of diverse, quality candidates to hiring managers by direct sourcing and screening of passive candidates for positions as identified by business goals.

    Must have a great desire of working in a proactive manner, excel at working in a sense of urgency mode, and possess a high-level of personal integrity.

    Interest and experience working in and / or with non-profit organizations is strongly preferred.

    Primary Responsibilities :

  • Posting positions via various online and partnership channels and websites
  • Reviewing resumes, screening candidates and scheduling interviews
  • Administration of skills assessments, background checks, working with ATS, and reference verification as related to the interview process
  • Required Skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks... with detail being key for the support of senior level executives
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) necessary for daily communication and correspondence
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing environments with ease, as well as proactive and resourceful with administrative support
  • Self- starter and able to take initiative to generate high volume of qualified candidates in creative ways
  • Good discernment and the ability to learn quickly what hiring managers need and expect from department
  • Required Experience

  • This is an entry level position.
  • Excel and PPT proficiency, with knowledge of Internet and website functionality
  • Must be friendly with a willingness to learn, possess a strong desire to receive results, and able to work with minimal direct supervision
