Are you a driven to improve business and customer outcomes, are you passionate about driving service excellence? We have an exciting opportunity within our IT Service Management team as a Senior Service Transition Manager .

This is a new senior role within our transition function which will help shape and deliver our future service transition practices.

The role

The UKI Senior Service Transition Manager is a semi-operational role, actively supporting operations only where deep process expertise is required to resolve conflicting process interpretations.

Ensuring a consistent and seamless approach to Service Transition, covering operational readiness to accept service, followed by transition into Service Operations, making certain all support functions across multiple impacting business areas are aware, prepared and capable of supporting any new or updated service deployed, prior to acceptance into support and deployment into operational use by Experian U&I and / or its customers.

The role holder will be a critical part of improving ITSM performance through CSI and other improvement and transformation initiatives, collaborating to ensure tools support service management processes to drive optimisation and automation.

The role requires a committed, pro-active and self-motivated individual with a highly organised and collaborative approach, and experience in delivering tangible output.

They will be a strong advocate for best in class service, with a drive to deliver improvements and efficiencies on behalf of all Clients.

Outstanding relationship management skills and a highly transient and collaborative approach will be essential to improve and embed Service Transition disciplines and practices in wider and upstream delivery processes, ensuring that the process protects, but also supports our clients and business objectives.

You will have experience in working in IT service management delivering transformational change. ITIL 4 accreditation is essential.
