Facilities Manager wanted!

M65Jobsearch is looking for Facilities Manager in Burnley ASAP.

The roles and responsibilities include :

  • Budget monitoring and controlling costs
  • Working in a customer focussed environment
  • Procuring and managing Mechanical & Electrical contracts such as fire alarm / emergency lighting, legionella and Lift maintenance contracts achieving value for money for the Calico Group
  • Planning / scheduling work and co-ordinating the work of contractors and staff
  • IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent qualification / experience)
  • To be considered for the Facilities manager position, you will need :

  • Experience in a similar role
  • English and Mathematics GCSE (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent qualification / experience)
  • Full driving license and access to a car
  • Willingness to work outside of normal hours
