A leading global AJ100 practice located in West London is looking for a talented Senior Residential Architect to join their award-winning team.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Minimum 5 years' experience post qualification
  • ARB qualified
  • Extensive experience working on UK based Residential schemes
  • Exceptional design flair, demonstrated in a well-presented portfolio
  • Ability to produce innovative designs and strong visuals in line with the underlying principles of residential design in London.
  • Thorough understanding of London Housing Codes and UK building regs
  • An interest or background in sustainability (desirable)
  • Role & Company :

    You'll be specialising in stages 0 - 3, working on large scale, London-based Residential schemes ranging from 200 - 1500 units.

    This role is purely front-end, you won't be involved in the technical or construction stages of your projects, so it's ideally suited for someone who wants to design and has a passion for designing award-winning schemes.

    You'll be the right-hand person for the London, Manchester and Bristol offices' Head of Residential Director, giving you a great scope for long-term and successful progression.
