What you'll be doing
Working with Digital Product Owners, you'll develop and support strategic plans to improve the performance of these critical sales journeys whilst helping establish an online shop fit for the future growth of the channel.
You'll look to understand the commercial priority of multiple products and propositions to co-ordinate and prioritise accordingly to drive the best commercial return from the website.
You'll be the subject matter expert for all related performance metrics as well as having an understanding of channel, directorate and LoB performance.
You'll take responsibility for owning and managing the relationships with key 3rd party digital solution providers who’s services are integral to driving sales performance.
E.g. Affiliate partners, conversion optimisation services, checkout abandonment tools, product ratings and reviews, expert delivery and set up.
You'll support the Senior Digital Sales Manager in planning the annual, quarterly, monthly sales volume and value budgets and KPIs for specific sales category(s) in line with wider Consumer Commercial targets.
You'll manage the accurate representation of product pricing , inventory and merchandising across the online shop, supporting the timely of launch of new products and services.
