EazyStock is a startup within , a global market leading company developing solutions for after market service optimization.
Whilst Syncron’s client base is made of up of large enterprises (e.g. Manitowoc, Mazda, DTNA and JCB), EazyStock work with small to medium sized companies, helping them to optimize their inventories and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction without having excess capital tied up in redundant inventory.
We at EazyStock are an entrepreneurial and international team operating in Europe, Asia and the USA, developing and selling the best cloud based inventory optimization solution on the market.
Nevertheless we know that we only succeed as a business when we enable our customers to succeed. Due to strong busines growth we are now seeking an additional Customer Sucess Manager to join our team in Birmingham, UK.
Job description :
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) you are a face of EazyStock within your region and an integral part of the EazyStock team.

The Customer Success Manager role is an exciting and broad one with responsibility for both the onboarding and day to day management of existing customers and partners, as well as supporting and in some cases leading new business acquisition activities.
Job Responsibilities Include :
Getting customers started with EazyStock As a CSM you will help our customers get started with EazyStock efficiently, effectively and easily.
You will attend, contribute and in some cases lead Getting Started workshops with customers. You will map customer requirements to EazyStock capabilities.
You will help customers to map their data to the EazyStock interface specifications. You will work with our implementation team to configure the EazyStock solution, test inbound customer data and EazyStock results.
You will provide user training. You will create SQL reports to support specific testing use cases.
Managing / supporting existing Customers As a CSM you will collaborate with our EazyStock Implementation Team and other Customer Success Managers to ensure that our customers fully adopt EazyStock post go live.
With the support of our implementation team you will pro-actively follow up with customers to ensure maximum value is achieved and business objectives are fully realized.
Supporting partners with onboarding EazyStock has a sizeable and expanding partner network. The CSM will support partners with training, and as required onboarding of their customers.
Supporting with sales As a CSM you may, with support from senior colleagues, be involved in all stages of a sales cycle from initial presentation of the EazyStock solution, to preparing bespoke EazyStock demonstrations with real customer data, to calculating and presentation ROI potential .
The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial individual, passionate about developing the EazyStock business as well as helping your customers realize their full potential.
Excellent relationship building skills are a must, as well as a strong ability to organize and structure your own work in a disciplined way.
You must be able to create and execute defined plans, and possess fantastic written and verbal communication skills.

You have knowledge of inventory management processes and principles, and ideally some experience of managing software implementation projects.

Candidate Requirements :
Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
High level of integrity and work ethic
Experience with cloud software implementations
Degree educated in either a supply chain, computational or mathematical discipline
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Technical / domain experience in inventory, warehouse or supply chain management is a strong advantage.
A minimum of 2 years of work experience.
Full proficiency with Postgres SQL or similar
Programming experience is a plus but not essential
English language full proficiency. Additional languages are a plus.
Ability to travel around the UK up to 50% of the time.
