Reporting to the Site Services Manager the Logistics & Services (L&S) Coordinator is highly motivated, pro-active and multi skilled in all aspects of the admin role.
To be able to optimise the efficiency in the Admin office to maximise efficiencies, with minimal waste and down time. This is achieved through the effective preparation, planning and organisation of the office, and completion of documentation and invoicing.

Ensure area has all the requirements to achieve the timely ordering of all Ingredients / Packaging & Raw material to site to achieve all production plans at the set times.
Ordering goods from 3rd party logistics and Liaising with them.
To undertake administration duties as and when for the L&S team.
Ensure the team are working to optimum performance levels taking corrective action where necessary.
Conduct accurate and timely Invoicing and raising issues with customers for any queries that arise.
Using the Innova system to ensure that all orders are checked prior to invoicing.
Advise Logistics Manager of any issues preventing invoices being raised in full.
To act as a professional and trusted advisor to the L&S team on all goods ordering matters relating to the relevant site.
Ensure waste disposal duty of care documents are collected and filed on a monthly basis.
To act as a role model for safety behaviours on site and proactively deal with any safety issues and health issues reported.
Liaise with the Management on site for any safety reasonable requests.
Responsible for own health and safety in area in line with company procedures from handbooks, signage, induction, notifications and training documentation.
Reporting any safety, health or environmental incidents without delay to Line Manager.
Responsible for coaching fellow work colleagues and new members of the One Young's team on health and safety in area in line with company procedures.
Ensuring area complies with high safety standards and takes active participation when required in health, safety and environmental audits.
Responsible for clean as you go practices and good manufacturing practices in the area you are responsible for.
Responsible for coaching fellow work colleagues and new members of the One Young's team on Hygiene practices in area in line with company procedures.
Responsible for promoting positive food safety & quality culture in the area you are work for.
Responsible for coaching fellow work colleagues and new members of the One Young's team on positive food safety & quality culture in area in line with company procedures.
Responsible for ensuring machinery food safety and quality checks are completed in line with company protocol contributing to a positive food safety culture.
Reporting food safety critical defects promptly to the Technical Department and Line Manager.
Ensure relevant quality and food safety paperwork is on line and completed (specifications, sample collections etc.).
Ensure the correct samples are collected as required.
Responsible for ensuring area complies with high food safety and quality standards taking responsibility for the quality of produce produced from area / line.
Improve the performance of our assets to maximise value, minimise waste and reduce costs.
Ensuring equipment and materials are fully optimised.
Continually improve on cost improvements for the area in which you manage.
Makes themselves aware of the daily production targets and informs Line Manager of any issues in being able to achieve these within the timeframe required.
Drive and taking a proactive role in continuous improvement and working groups, using a team-based approach guided by data and facts.
Ensure area achieves the requires performance in line with safety and quality parameters.

Skills and Experience Required
Experience of working in food manufacturing environment.
Excellent administration skills and utilisation of Microsoft office suite.
Efficient in delivering objectives and workload.
Ability to manage priorities and projects across your area / line.
A personal commitment to role model behaviours and to setting the standard.
A working understanding of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Track record of delivery.
Ability to use different reporting / inputting systems.
Numeracy and literacy skills.
Ability to work with peers in a matrix structure to draw in external skills to achieve local goals.
