and Milly joined in January 2019. Jane has recently been offered an opportunity to move internally into the HR Practice at Odgers Berndtson.
We now seek to replace her role by recruiting an established consultant to join the team. The successful candidate will be an experienced professional, with the confidence to win and transact retained business.

There will be a focus on developing clients in order to win and transact assignments nationally. This individual will work closely with regional colleagues, Partners in the firm's HR Practice and the Odgers Berndtson, Berwick and Interim teams generally to network and develop opportunities.
This role has a national remit and could be based from any of our offices. It will report into Basil leRoux, Partner and Head of HR Practice.

As a Berwick Partners consultant, you will be expected to :
