Our client is a values driven, leading UK services provider with a reputation for customer excellence and innovation. They are currently undertaking a significant digital (Customer First) transformation programme across the organisation into new ways of work and developing in the agile world in the cloud, service design and management

As a consequence of this and due to continued market growth they urgently require a talented Service Design & Transition Manager the develop further the strategy around the Agile Cloud based Digital Transformation and Customer first solutions

This will be both a varied and challenging role and requires :

  • Extensive experience designing, implementing and leading the service architecture, service design and service transition of core systems, applications etc into Cloud Based Services in challenging enterprise scale environments
  • First class business engagement, stakeholder and third party relationship management experience
  • Exceptional Emotional Intelligence, Influencing, leadership and management skills
  • In return you will get the opportunity to play a significant role in shaping the direction of travel for the organisation in the next stage of their evolution
