Working with visitors and customers, indoors and outdoors, assisting with events, activities, private hire bookings and weddings.
You will :
provide reception duties and respond to customer enquiries by phone and in writing
assist with the delivery of the UCP booking service
undertake typing, take minutes, manage emails and do filing
undertake regular indoor & outdoor work with events, activities, private hire bookings and weddings
update information, notices, publication, brochures and leaflets
collate and update written publication material, web information (including Intranet and UCP / BoP website and Facebook)
assist in the launch of new Concessionaires and Visitor Attractions across UCP
assist in the planning and delivery of events and activities
assist in the delivery and processing of customer satisfaction and feedback surveys
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised individual who is eager to learn and is interested in a career in events administration, fundraising or marketing.
You will study for a Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration with Skills and Learning, Bournemouth, Dorset and Poole.
