Role title : Change Manager - UK Transformation Programme - £60,000Reports to : UK Transformation Director Role overview : We are looking for an interim Change Manager to support the delivery of the UK Transformation programme with a global company based in London.
The role of Change Manager sits within a dedicated Programme Team tasked with delivering an HR Transformation programme that will help to change the way that the company operate.
The overall programme scope includes changes to HR Strategy, Policy, Process, Organisation Structure, People Capability, Systems (Workday) and Data Architecture.
The Change Manager will be responsible coming up with a clear idea of what change we are implementing across the business, clarify dependencies, finalise a communications plan and then be instrumental in implementing the overall change plan.
This will involve, for example, going to workshops and capturing the results in a plan and then turning that plan into something useful that we can move forward with.
We are looking for someone who can create change plans and not solely for someone who keeps things on track. Experience & Capabilities needed :
